Both products are available in capacities of 16GB, 32GB, 64GB and 128GB, in SLC (only 16GB to 64GB) and MLC NAND flash memory variants. The MLC-based editions offer a read speed of up to 350MB/s and write speeds of up to 80MB/s, while the SLC-based disks have the same read speed but a write speed of as high as 220MB/s.
