Steam winter sale 2020 has started, big discounts

Valve started the Steam Winter Sale 2020 edition. An event that offers a large number of games with attractive discounts. The sale lasts until Tuesday, Jan. 5 at 1 p.m. EST and, as usual, offers steep discounts on big names and current releases.

Right now, there are dozens (if not actually thousands) of games going for $10 or less, and more being offered at up to 75% off their list price. That includes Ark: Survival Evolved at $9.99 (originally $49.99), Age of Empires 2: Definitive Edition (half-off at $9.99), Far Cry New Dawn at $9.99 (down from $39.99) and Watch Dogs 2 at $9.99 (usually $49.99). Other special offers include Ace Combat: Skies Unknown at $19.79 (down from $59.99); Horizon Zero Dawn Complete Edition at $39.99 ($10 off), Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice (GOTY edition) at $38.99 (35% off), and Death Stranding at $29.99 (half off).

Meanwhile, here are some of the best offers of this edition:

  • Assassin's Creed Odyssey - (17,99€ / 70% off)
  • Battlefield V : (23,99€ 60%)
  • Death Stranding :(29,99€ 50%)
  • Far Cry New Dawn :  (9,99€ 75%)
  • Hades : (16,79€ 20%)
  • Halo: The Master Chief Collection : (23,99€ 40%)
  • Horizon Zero Dawn ™ Complete Edition :  (39,99€ 20%)
  • Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order : $  (23,99€ 60%)
  • Titanfall 2 :  (9,89€ 67%)

These offers are very attractive; You can see the long list of games on sale from the Valve store .

I despise all the game clients, now use GoG Galaxy to just keep track of all the game clients I have, but in reality I still I have have steam installed, i dont know even know how many "epic" client game I have now cause they have not stoped give away games since they opened, but I also have yet to touch any of those game or the client, and there are atlest 5 game they gave away I "intrested" in

and majority of the steam game I have that bought I have yet to even install

Well despite everything, its a great time to be a PC gamer.

I hear that. Keeping track of passwords has become a real pain in the ass.

Steam sales are useful, I've just upgraded my gaming system after 7 years and no longer have an optical drive (and using my external OD isn't convenient either) so I bought Escape from Castle Wolfie for £1.93, Doom 3 for about the same and a few other older games at very good prices. Always good to check game producers own websites, bought FC5 for £12 direct (nothing like as exciting as FC1 imho but great graphics on my PG35VQ screen
