Alright, stuff for people that test, display and review components, it is still pretty tough. Japan-based Similab and Nagao Works launched a 2-Way bench table tagged under product name SMZ-2WBT-ATX.

When placed horizontally it is a display table, when placed vertically a test bench. The unit can be installed simply by placing the motherboard on it. It also has a "rail mount system" that supports flexible installation such as a radiator as well as a fan, and a VGA mounter function divided into 3+2+2+ slots.

The drive bay supports 2.5-inch SSD (hidden), then an x1, a 3.5-inch shadow bay x 1, the expansion slot number is seven, the form factor supports motherboards in an ATX, MicroATX, Mini-DTX, Mini-ITX flavor. The body size (at the time of horizontal installation/assembly) is 380 mm in width, 285 mm in depth, 260 mm in height, and weighs 2.4 kg. The chassis material is 1.6mm thick steel, and the split mounter is 2.0mm thick steel.

This product probably will sell only in the Asia region, a price as not yet disclosed. I like the idea though.
