Silicon Power has released their AIC3C0P NVMe PCIe SSD, intended for the enterprise market this SSD, however, does seem to impress in numbers. The unit ties itself to a PCIe 3.9 x4 lane configuration and will be available in 800 GB, 1,600 GB, and 3,200 GB models.



The form factor is actually HHHL, interesting is the NAND flash type use, MLC that's for all three models. Sequential reading is rated at a maximum 3,200 MB/sec and writing 1,850 MB/sec, random reading 750,000 IOPS, writing 380,000 IOPS. It also supports functions such as end-to-end data protection, power loss protection, TRIM, SMART, AES 256 bit encryption.
