Sennheiser URBANITE Headphones
Let your ears be loved: Sennheiser's new URBANITE headphones are the new sound of urban style, bringing the bass for an intense club experience on the move. The audio specialist's new mobile headphone range - including the on-ear URBANITE and over-ear URBANITE XL - delivers massive bass but with Sennheiser's uncompromising audio expertise ensuring excellent clarity throughout the entire frequency range.
"Sennheiser URBANITE headphones are for the generation of Millennials who know more and demand more. They love their tunes heavy and love to look good, but are smart consumers who won't compromise on quality. They want bass but want it done right. The Sennheiser URBANITE is answering these demands," said Tim Voelker, Director Sales & Marketing Consumer, Sennheiser Communications A/S. "We're bringing something fresh and new that will finally meet the expectations of this tough audience, and will be building the buzz for the URBANITE range through an exciting social media campaign this autumn under the headline 'Let your ears be loved'."
A range of colour choices includes black and denim across all models (both Apple and Samsung), with the iOS URBANITE additionally available in sand, nation and plum and iOS URBANITE XL also available in sand, nation and olive. The stainless-steel hinges add a striking touch of rugged urban style to cool design touches like the colour-coordinated fabric-wrapped headband. However, the use of metal - on the premium hinge mechanism and the tough aluminium sliders - ensures these headphones are also styled to last.
The durable sliders and hinges also work with the super soft ear pads to ensure that the listener is insulated from external noise, ensuring great comfort for even long periods of listening enjoyment. And with its larger ear-pads, the Sennheiser URBAN-ITE XL offers even greater levels of comfort.
For extra peace of mind all URBANITE headphones are supplied with a soft pouch for safe storage, and also come with a 2-year international warranty.

Not sure why they would use velour earpads . Usually that will result in less bass, but better soundstage.
I really hate headphones that fold this way. Also folding flat is so much better around the neck.

Used Sennheiser in the past, and the first thing i noticed was how hard they press down on your head.
These wont be comfortable for people with glasses like me, since they are On-Ear. Takes 15-20 Minutes untill you go crazy from pain ^^
I'm still using my good old AKG K601, can wear it all day long without noticing i have it on. If it ever dies, i will go for the same design again.

I own and have owned multiple Sennheiser headphones, and out of all the brands I've tried I'd rate them as the most comfortable by far. Of course this varies from headphone to headphone, but on average they tend to come out on top.

Well... I can barely even notice that I have my 595's on so I really doubt that all Sennheisers clamp hard.
