Sega has the fastest PC in the world ... it reaches 100km/h

Sega has the fastest PC in the world ... it reaches 100km/h

Sega teamed up with Intel and ASRock to develop the "world's fastest PC." Not only is this system equipped with some of the best components available on the market today, but it is also mounted on a remote control car capable of reaching speeds of up to 100 kilometers per hour.

This system is powered by an Intel Core i9-12900K processor and features an ASRock Radeon RX 6900XT OC Formula motherboard, 32GB of dual-channel RAM, and a 2TB M.2 SSD. All of this is contained within a very simple yet compact chassis emblazoned with graphics of Sonic to reflect the console's rapid speed, and includes vintage Sega Atlus PC games.

Sega stated that this effort is meant to commemorate Steam's winter sales, which run through January 5 and include a slew of discounted Sega titles. Additionally, the company is sponsoring a social media competition, with the winner (who, unfortunately, must be a resident of Japan) receiving "the fastest PC in the world" as a present.

It is not the most elegant in the world, it possesses the necessary power and speed to claim the title of quickest. We can only hope that the winner of this vehicle is a safe driver or that they purchase insurance, as the components are unlikely to endure hits at 100 kilometers per hour.

I guess air cooling at 100Km/h is good.

So wait, it's just a pc mounted to the top of an RC car and it only reached 100mh/h? I've had my PC go faster in the boot of my car at 70mph...(over 110kmh):cool :o_O

You'd be surprised how many people would buy this config just to be able to say its the one from the video with the RC car going 100km/h..
