Interesting, on the Seasonic website there is an announcement that prices of their power supplies are going up. There is a reason given, and that it looks to be the results of the US import tariff taking effect.

Effective 01 December 2018, Sea Sonic USA is to increase the MSRP for all power supplies manufactured in China and destined for the US market. This is the result of recent market developments, but all orders placed prior to this date shall follow current pricing. As a result of the recent market events, Sea Sonic USA announces the increase of MSRP on all its power supplies manufactured in China and sold in the USA, effective December 01, 2018.
