Scythe Unveils New Kotetsu Mark III CPU Cooler with Upgraded Design and Enhanced Cooling Performance

Scythe, the renowned Japanese cooling specialist, is all set to launch its latest iteration of Kotetsu CPU coolers, the Mark III.



Featuring a compact heatsink design, the cooler is equipped with four 6 mm diameter copper heat pipes and a densely spaced array of 0.4 mm aluminium fins, maximizing the cooling performance. The cooler also boasts a large nickel-plated copper 40x40 mm base plate and a sleek black top cover with an anodized brushed metal finish.

In addition, the Kotetsu Mark III includes the new Kaze Flex II 120 mm PWM fan, offering impressive technical capabilities with a maximum air flow of 67.62 CFM and 1.5 mmH2O of static pressure. The fan's optimized frame design and anti-vibration rubber padding ensure excellent airflow with low-noise operation. Moreover, the cooler features Scythe's upgraded Retention System Ver. 5, making it compatible with a wide range of CPU socket types, including Intel LGA 1150, 1151, 1151, 1156, 1200 & 1700, and AMD AM4 & AM5. The High Precision FDB system ensures a long operating lifespan of up to 120,000 hours.
