Sapphire made significant alterations to the design of RDNA3 NITRO+. The new Nitro+ has a silver shroud and backplate, making it look very contemporary.

It has now been confirmed by new images that the RX 7900 XTX NITRO+ is only slightly larger in width than 3 slots. Both sides of the card feature sizable ARGB LED strips that can be managed with the Sapphire TRIXX application. Also included is an RGB connector for individuals who would rather coordinate their lights with other devices. In addition, like the NITRO and NITRO PURE series, the Sapphire RX 7900 XTX will have a dual-BIOS switch.

The NITRO+'s non-standard I/O layout and three 8-pin power connectors set it apart. There is a duo DisplayPort 2.1 port and two HDMI 2.1 ports, but unlike AMD MBA cards, there is no USB Type-C port.
