It is not exactly a secret that AMD will be launching a 12nm fabbed Polaris series of graphics cards. The Sapphire Radeon RX 590 8GB Nitro+ got exposes, and now all specs have surfaced as well.

What probably is AMD's worst kept secret was confirmed to be called Radeon RX 590, last week.  Radeon RX 590 is a real thing, and you can read that it is a FinFET 12 aka 12nm fabricated product. Basically, it is a tuned RX 580, which is a tuned RX 480. The earlier leaked result has demonstrated that product (RX 590) to be clocked at ~1545 MHz clock. The Sapphire Radeon RX 590 Nitro+ Special Edition leaked earlier today, with full photos and everything. Sapphire seems to be re-using the same custom "Dual-X" cooler that's found on previous Nitro+ cards, such as the Radeon RX 580 Nitro+, now it has a nice Guru3D Blue tone to it though.

It is rumored that Polaris 30 (as we call it) has the very same number of stream processors (2,304) and compute units (36) as both the Radeon RX 580 and Radeon RX 480. So that means these products will see another frequency and boost bump.

Who knows for real though, we'll see soon enough I guess.

Update: over the weekend, the card was spotted at Newegg, inclusive of all specifications. Have a peek below at the screenshots.
