A couple of photo's on the Sapphire Radeon R9 290 appreaded on the web by ChipHell. It looks like this card is a 100% AMD's reference board design pretty much equal to the R9 290X. Check out how the PCB features the Hawaii chip from AMD alongside sixteen Hynix GDDR5 memory chips being powered by a 5+1+1 phase power design.
Leaked specifications indicate thet the R9 290 will get 2560 stream processors with 160 TMUs, 64 ROPs, and 4 GB of memory across a 512-bit wide memory interface. It could be priced as low as $449.99.
