Sapphire is planning to debut a new Radeon HD 4890 Vapor-X series graphics card with 2GB GDDR5 memory. The card is available for preorder in Europe for around 225EUR.

Next to the added memory, the ew card does not seem at all different from the regular model which comes with Vapor-X cooling solution, 800 Stream Processors, and factory overclocked frequencies - 870 MHz for the GPU and 4200 MHz for the GDDR5 memory, and sure .. the blue colored PCB.
