And that's unusual but certainly a good move. With 8 GB of video memory, twice the SKU's norm of 4 GB. The Sapphire Pulse RX 6500 XT 8 GB is designed similarly to the company's regular Pulse RX 6500 XT.

Given the RX 6500 XT's limited 64-bit GDDR6 memory interface, it's unclear how Sapphire went about connecting 8 GB of RAM. The memory operates at the same 18 Gbps rate as the RX 6500 XT.

The SAPPHIRE "PULSE" series "PULSE Radeon RX 6500 XT GAMING OC 4GB GDDR6" with 4GB of memory was released in January this year, but in this model, in addition to the memory capacity, the game clock is 2,685MHz 2,695MHz, and the boost clock has been boosted from 2,825MHz to 2,855MHz. There are no further modifications to the specifications; the number of stream processors is 1,024, the memory speed is 18 Gbps, the memory bus width is 64 bits, and the Infinity Cache is 16 MB. The display output is HDMI x 1, DisplayPort 1.4 x 1, and it enables twin screens.

The card's board power has been increased from 107 W to 130 W. This is likely owing to more memory chips and faster clock rates (2685 MHz game vs. 2615 MHz reference). This card will be accessible internationally, but pricing and availability are unknown.
