Samsung T7 external SSD without fingerprint scanner spotted
Earlier this year the Samsung T7 external SSD was released, you know with the fingerprint scanner. Overall that perhaps is a little pricy to add as a feature and well, would you really need it. So as predicted new Samsung T7 external SSDs have been spotted.
The new T7 does not have that fingerprint scanner. A Canadian version on Samsung's website actually already has the specifications online. Everything is the same, except that feature. The updated T7 will be released in 500 GB, 1 TB and 2 TB. Tlc-nand is deployed with a cache of slc memory that is four percent of the total storage.
Prices have not been announced just yet, but we predict it'll be a notch cheaper.
