Yeah I tried to download this to mirror it on several occasions, but Samsung has a most ****ty maximum limited number of downloads per day restriction and thus 9 out 10 times you cannot download the binary.
It is the sole reason why I host these tools in the first place.

No its still there.
Cant believe this is just hitting guru3d, 5.0.0.790 has been out for like 6 months now... They got rid of all the other things because it was shown by microsoft that disabling things for performance mode and what not did nothing to improve performance in windows 10 at least if i remember correctly.
