Upcoming Friday the 7th we should have some good stuff for you guys to read up on, until then you'll have to de with the accidental leaks, the 3990X has been sighted in SiSoftware benchmark databases.

It is not exactly surprising to see the processor in SiSoftware benchmark databases so close before its launch, and yeah it is already known that in V-Ray render test with Terminator Dark Fate, a single 3990X thread ripper proved to be 30 percent faster than two Xeon Platinum 8280s with 28 cores each. On paper, they cost $20,000 whereas the  3990X will cost 3990 USD.

The 3990X base clock is 2,900 MHz and 800 MHz is below that of the previous top model with 32-cores. It has a 4.3 GHz boost frequency. The maximum boost is stated at 4.3 GHz - 4.5 GHz for the 32-core. A 288 MB cache is used, of which 256 MB is an L3 cache. The embargo is expected to drop in time for the market launch on February 7, 2020.
