Ryzen 7000 Series Processor Model Numbers Listed at AMD

The entries spotted ar Ryzen 9 7950X, Ryzen 9 7900X, Ryzen 7 7700X, and Ryzen 5 7600X. Earlier speculations suggested that AMD will maintain a tight launch timetable, with only four SKUs initially available and the series extending later in 2023 to encompass a range of price ranges. These CPUs are anticipated to be introduced by AMD later this year.

Every gen I've made the correct prediction and bought the parts considered superior at each time I upgrade.
I'm planning to do the same later this year and have a good hunch it will be a Nvidia / Intel system once again (though I've owned amd parts recently too so please don't come at me with "fanboy".
It just so happens Intel had the best for the first half of the decade I've been building top end pc's and during the last half its gone back and forth but each time I needed an upgrade Intel was the one to get.
As far as gpu u haven't had a top tier radeon since the 7970 but that's because until just the gen they didn't even come close and even with current cards there's just too much Nvidia offers that radeon couldn't.
Being someone aiming for 4k/120hz gaming I got a feeling that won't change this time either.
Intel will probably need a ton more of electricity (and noise) to overpass AMD, so if that's not going to be a problem for you, then I'm sure you'll enjoy it!

yeah 7800x3d is probably their secret weapon if raptor lake ends up being competitive but i would not wait and release it asap.
Also, wasnt there a rumor more skus will have v-cache with zen4?
precisely... and not a rumor at this point for the TR variant of MilanX
it all depends (imho) on what AMD wants to do re: market segmentation.
we all know they can do many things, some that we may want.
imho it centers on their ability to have both 3D cache and better heat conductivity.
so it may just be the cut-down models with 3d Cache just like now if there are no improvements in thermal conductivity.

No 7800X.
They must be holding the better silicon for servers.

it's (5800X3D) still current for AM4 upgrade. all other cpus in Ryzen 3 are EOL
imho they're keeping the 7800X3D in the vest pocket for ideal Intel smacking time. in other words for PR.
