While the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti graphics card has not officially been released by Nvidia, it does seem available for purchase in Serbia. It looks like the Gigabyte RTX 4070 Ti Gaming variant is on display at a local computer store in this Reddit photo.

You may purchase this item and have it shipped for 17229 Serbian dinars or roughly 1460 euros. Any cash purchases will receive a 10% discount, bringing the total to 1314 Euros. That is more than the 1200 euro MSRP we heard about. Within the next two weeks, we should hear more about a GeForce RTX 4070 Ti's formal announcement. The 12VHPWR connection has returned, as seen in images of the card (in Gigabyte's AERO version) leaked earlier this week, and a 2x 8-pin to 16-pin 12VHPWR adaptor is supplied.

Meanwhile, the first benchmarks have leaked and indicates the leaked OctaneBench results show that the NVIDIA RTX 4070 Ti is 5 percent quicker than the RTX 3090 Ti. According to the software statistics, the card achieves 725 points in OctaneBench 2020.1, which is 5% more than the RTX 3090 Ti, the flagship desktop GPU based on Ampere architecture. A score of 100 points represents approximately 100% of GTX 980 graphics card performance; however, the RTX 4070 Ti is also 7.25x faster than this Maxwell GM204-based SKU in this benchmark.

It should be noted, however, that this is a single score, and it is unclear whether the card was running with non-standard setup, such as overclocking.
