ROCCAT Releases Renga Boost stereo headset

ROCCAT refreshes the stereo headset and brings it back to the market as the ROCCAT Renga Boost. Offering studio grade quality sound, the Renga Boost will charm gamers with its discreet all-black look, its acoustic performance and its lightweight comfort.

Hamburg, 20th November 2018, after the success of the original Renga released in 2016, ROCCAT refreshes the stereo headset and brings it back to the market as the ROCCAT Renga Boost. Offering studio grade high quality sound, the Renga Boost will charm gamers with its discreet all-black look, its amazing acoustic performance and its superior lightweight comfort. Designed for gamers in search of a premium audio experience, the Renga Boost’s 50mm neodymium drivers provide crisp trebles and deep, powerful bass. The optimal alignment of the drivers ensures an immersive and dynamic experience as well as a perfect fit to the ears.

For long-lasting gaming sessions, the Renga Boost offers superior comfort. With earcup ventilation, an ergonomic snug-fit headband and plush ear cushions it ensures a remarkable level of comfort. At only 210g it is 30% lighter than competing headsets, yet using a solid structural housing designed for hardcore use. Its in-line remote allows for rapid on-the-fly volume control as well as being able to mute and unmute the microphone. Its rotating mic completes the headset by providing crystal clear, sharp voice transmission. At the price of 59.99€/59.99$

Not trying to be "that guy" who thinks he knows a lot of something just using buzzwords and semi-accurate sites references. But at very very very first sight IT IS NOT MORE THAN a Superlux 681 pimped.
It has even shittier specs (correct me if I´m wrong) but the freq. response the lower and higher limits, the better is not it?.
The 681b specs:

Sound Output Mode stereo
Frequency Response 10 - 30000 Hz
Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) 0.25% %
Sensitivity 98 dB

Impedance 32 Ohm

And they cost for the privileged people in USA around 20 USD...
They are not other than one of the pile whit some roccat logo slapped on it.
Even my Superlux HD681 EVO are the "same" but with a more "modern" look. And i totally doubt the mic is getting any closer to a mod mic that cost 40 USD.
Totally a dumb magnet product.
