Rise of the Tomb Raider - PC Requirements & screenshots

Released tomorrow for PC, the Rise of the Tomb Raider requirements have just been unveiled via the game's Windows store page. Also screenshots leaked onto the web.

According to them, Square Enix recommends an NVIDIA GTX970 or an AMD Radeon R9 290X with an Intel Core i7-3770 or an AMD FX-8350.

Recommended:

  • Processor: Intel Core i7-3770, 3.40GHz or AMD FX-8350, 4.0Ghz
  • Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 or AMD Radeon R9 290x
  • RAM: 8 (Eight) GB
  • Hard Disk Space: 30 GB (base game)
  • Requires DX11

Minimum Specifications:

  • Minimum OS: Windows 7 64bit
  • Processor:  Intel Core i3-2100 or AMD equivalent
  • GPU: NVIDIA GTX 650 2GB or AMD HD7770 2GB
  • RAM: 6GB
  • HD Space: 25GB
  • DirectX: DirectX 11
  • Input: Mouse + Keyboard

Looks like there will be improved Graphics like HBAO+, higher hardware tessellation and generic scene quality settings. A live stream hosted by Square Enix showsed graphics options as wel as SLI support being confirmed. The game will be available to the public on January 28.
