Review: Samsung C32HG70 FreeSync 2 HDR monitor

by Hilbert Hagedoorn on: 06/20/2018 11:44 AM | source: | 31 comment(s)

We will review HDR gaming in relation to Samsung's FreeSync 2 certified C32HG70 (aka CHG70). This Quantum Dot 2560x1440 monitor can do 144Hz combined with FreeSync and FreeSync2. That eliminates stutter and tearing while gaming in HDR. The Samsung C32HG70 is fitted with a VA panel offering proper image quality, connectivity, and features.

From provided information, screen is really good when all it does is taken into consideration.

Had this one about 12 months. Best monitor I've ever had. As you said is it perfect? no. No monitor is, but i would still buy another one if I had my time over. 32" isn't for everyone, but its a good compromise between gaming and productivity.
As for the stand, ugly? that's subjective. But sure as hell is practical and sturdy

I have a 24'' and it's too big for me, I have no idea how people use even bigger monitors!
Now we need other brands like LG to pop up cheaper versions of this, I'm not selling my kidneys.
