Review: Samsung 750 EVO 500GB SSD

by Hilbert Hagedoorn on: 06/14/2016 09:38 AM | source: | 12 comment(s)

We test the new Samsung 750 EVO 500GB model introduced last week. This SATA3 SSD is holding up really well in terms of competitive performance and should be a notch more price-competitive with it's 149 EURO/USD pricetag.

Design and housing and pricing is the same as 850 Evo. Why and for who is this product made for?

I officially have zero interest in any new SSDrive, until they hit 2TB... Which is just a year away. Prices are going to be ridiculously low REALLY soon. So buying anytime in the next 6 months is just bad economics - unless you're investing in a new PC/laptop that obviously needs a new C: drive.
