Might have been due to too much gaming these days ;)...But I swear I thought I saw a green line next to AMD card and a red one next to a 1080. VERY interesting review - thank you Hilbert, you're doing a GREAT job!

That GTA 5 stufff. I'd say: "Mod vBIOS to increase all power limits by 10%, and test again."
Because I think that's likely card trying to stay within certain power consumption limits on average. And is just on the edge of minor clock-down.

If you would read the article and know what you are looking at you would see that there are no real frame pacing issues (with the exception of GTA5) on Vega. That is a positive on a mostly lackluster release. It means AMD can focus on trying to get more performance from drivers rather than fixing the user experience.

Id ignore this one.
Most of his post are pretty off putting and whiney or complaing. Almost like AMD kicked his cat.
