This seems like a winner cheapest out of the 470's now and performance is rather great while pretty low power consumption.

Ah and good reviews all three.

Meh, the non-OC 40gb alone would be enough for me to jump at MSI (37db)

The RX 470 is as fast as if not faster than GTX 970 for $180. Super impressive for the price/performance/features.

The i7-5960X CPU at 4.4GHz bloats the overall timespy score by 400+ points. On my system I get about the same GPU score (3700), but with the i5-4690 overall score is 3600.
