Seems like value-oriented RGB system ram... ;) I'm running 4x8GB 3733MHz Patriot Viper Steel (factory clock @ 1.35v) and the normal CL is 17 and it will run fine at CL16 @ 1.35v--and it was nicely inexpensive, too! But no RGB Christmas-tree lighting... ;)

I have two sets of Patriot RAM, one is a pair of Patriot ViperRGB 3600CL17 and a pair of Viper Steel 3733. Decently priced so I can't complain..
