28nm - 2014 vs 12nm - 2019
no surprises.... you own GTX 980 was much faster than the previous gen GTX 780TI
if anything Turing slightly slowed the progress.

Too short name... Ti, Gaming, Pro, OC.
They should add Ultimate before Gaming and Max before OC...
