Today we test the MSI GeForce GTX 780 Gaming OC 6 GB graphics card, the OC edition specifically. The customized product is equipped with a massive cooler that can be air-cooled, this unit comes with a whopping 6 GB graphics memory (rather handy with Watch Dogs we admit) and a very hip looking cooler.

Cool, just wondering, when you bench similar cards (strix, this 1) why don't you include the results in the charts, would be nice to compare
Oh and, it would be epic if you could bench the Inno3d 6gb version !
And yea I gotta agree that those 780 6gb versions come a bit late, now we all know the 800's will be here in 5 months !
For me it's still tempting, I'd get the Inno3d but then, yea 500 euros for a card is a whole lot, so i rather wait 6 months for that kind of an upgrade at this point and I'm looking to buy a r9 270x for the wait time.. that said, it's still pretty tempting..

Well he test 4K vs the standard 780 ( UHD ). 3fps difference ( 26 vs 29 ). ( then again i suppose due to higher clock.
I was somewhat expecting a test of WD at ultra resolution at least to see how the extra VRAM helps. Why only high setting that is meant for VRAM <= 2GB? Or at least do some 4K tests... 1440p is nice but 6GB is meant for 4K with current games.

I was thinking the other day actually, why no 6gb Ti.
Well now i know but it's stupid if you ask me, think Nvidia made some big mistakes with the 7xx series and vram sizes.

^^ this.
too late to make it a worthwhile choice, only people who would get it are people building a new rig right now. or otherwise cannot wait for the next gen to drop
