Heck yeah, it's out today so team up with me in a 31 page long review of the all new MSI GeForce GTX 1070 Gaming X. This GTX 1070 is factory tweaked and rather cool with the very cool TwinFrozr revision VI cooler. Let's check out the new 8 GB creature from MSI, the GTX 1070 GAMING X 8G, available starting today.

I went with the 970 over the 980 last time. The 1070 v 1080 seems to be in a similar spot but not quite. Though I'll probably go whole hog this time and get 1080 (to have the 1080Ti come out ~3 months later and blow it out of the water).

Wish there were more reviews/availability already. Never is at launch dates. I was thinking the G1. But leaning towards an AIO now, so the SeaHawk or EVGA Hybrid.

Thanks for the review, Hilbert! You made up my mind completely now :D

Tho i'm still unsure if i should stick with Arctic Cooling like i have for the past 10+ Years. I'm a sucker for silence you see. So i might end up buying a 1070 with a cheap plastic cooler like the MSI AERO and get an Arctic Accelero Xtreme 4.

Will see, i wont need a 1070 untill half way in August.

Great card. I have the 970 version and it´s amazing! Silent 90% of the time, while mantaining a great performance, thanks to the cooler.

I´m just a little sad to see how much Nvidia castrated the 1070. The 970 overclocked, offered the same performance of the 980, now the 1070 overclocked can´t touch the 1080... That´s really lame, even by Nvidia standards...
