Review: Linksys WRT1900AC
For todays review we look at the Linksys WRT1900AC Dual Band Wi-Fi Router from Belkin, this nostalgic dual-core processor monster of a router recently was introduced. This product surely brings the nostalgia of the old WRT54G back to the table as the design is very similar. But make no mistake, the new Linksys WRT1900AC is very fast, very sexy and offers incredible performance and range on both LAN and WIFI.

Describe the functionality you mean with cloud firmware ? You can automatically have the firmware update yes, but just as easily you can flag that function off.
I meant being required to login with a Cisco id and not being able to config the router without an internet connection except the most basic functions. This was a problem with their EA series back in 2011.

Have one of these with Tomato flashed onto it. I have no real reason for having it other than being a networking nerd - but it is fantastic.
