Review: Intel Core i7 11700KF processor (RKL)
We're back at eight Cypress Cove cores, this we test a cheaper priced model, the Core i7 11700KF. Suffixes; K means it is unlocked, that F means better value as you can shave off a few bucks, this processor does not have its integrated graphics activated, and as such it has an MSRP of 380 USD. Will it be enough to take on the Ryzen 7 5800X battle?

Got one for 300€ (tray @ caseking), not a bad deal.. Was actually the cheapest in whole EU
And it does 5GHz all core 1.30v in bios with -0.130v offset, real cpuvid ~1.34v.
LLC4 or Asus LLC6.
4.3ghz cache, at 4.2ghz it uses ~1.28v vid.
8630
8631
8633
while playing dat game Destiny2
8629
EDIT:
tweaked ram, 43ns is apparently as good as it gets on Gear1 and my mobo
8672
SA 1.40v, on default 3600mhz xmp it's ok at 1.25v (auto is 1.40v)
IO2 1.30V (tested default xmp 1.25v, while auto set higher too)
3-4mhz oc extra is from 100.10mhz cpu blck OC,. it passed 100.80mhz @ 3774mhz too and that's the around max.
And from what I saw so far Gear1 3800, 3866 and up to 4Ghz is only for binned 11900K chips.
Im ok with this 11700kf for less money, and it is cold too, cooler then I expected at such settings. and It beats stock 11900k here in review, so im fine with that xD

Here you can get:
11700K: $359
10700K: $269
11900K: $519
10850K: $329
And even cheaper if bundled with a motherboard @ microcenter. Now if they can only get some video cards in stock long enough for me to buy one....
MicroCenter is great, but not very useful to make comparisons with....even in the US.
There are few stores and no online sales. Nice for those near one, but the pricing means little to the majority.
