Review: Fractal Design Define S2 Vision RGB

by Hilbert Hagedoorn on: 04/24/2019 04:07 PM | source: | 3 comment(s)

We review the all new Fractal Design Define S2 Vision, a mid-tower PC chassis, and the new variant of the Define S2, which we reviewed in October 2018. That’s quite surprising to have new version after just a bit more than half a year, so we’ll check what has changed.

Fractal finally gave in to RGBsus.

Might take the s2 into consideration for my next case, but the normal non tempered glass in the front one. Don't want that rgb to hit me in the face when laying in bed.

I've always liked Fractal Design and have bought several of their products. For me FD stands for discreet and modern design, good build quality & features and a very attractive price. These features made them unbeatable compared to the competition but since the release of the R6 FD have bumped their prices considerably making them far less of an obvious choice.

If I'd want to spend 280€ on a case I'd expect something absolutely fantastic and I doubt this S2 Vision is any better than a Corsair Crystal or a BeQuiet equivalent.
