Review: Fractal Design Define Nano S

by Hilbert Hagedoorn on: 02/02/2016 10:16 AM | source: | 6 comment(s)

We review the new Mini-ITX chassis from Fractal Design, the Define Nano S. It's to be found in the word already, Nano as in small. This chassis is intended to be used for Mini-ITX usage. Yet it can still house many components including a fully fetched graphics card. Not bad for something you place on a 15x15 motherboard, eh?

Looks nice. I'd be really interested, since it's advertised as a silent case (see here), how big the difference in sound preasure between the window version and the conventional, closed edition is.

There is something wrong with "comments" link in this page http://www.guru3d.com/articles-pages/fractal-design-define-nano-s-review,1.html

When I click it, it goes to page but goes back to review page without comments.
With bit more testing it seems to be case with all things on frontpage, microsd "comments" link takes to link page, then back to original page and then back to guru3d.com page...

Is it just my end or something is bit wrong? :D

Similar to the other cases in this Define series, I think the top mounting is a little weak in terms of acoustic isolation compared to front mounting. It is my only complaint.

Note: there seems to be a picture of a different case on page 5 (third image from top to bottom).
