Review: Forza Horizon 5: PC graphics performance analysis

Review: Forza Horizon 5: PC graphics performance analysis

We'll be adding Forza Horizon 5 PC to our graphics card benchmark suite as Raytracing title, as such, we figured why not commence a nice little performance review based on raytraced results, which can be applied to compatible GeForce and Radeon graphics cards. We'll test the game on the PC platform relative to graphics card performance with the latest DXR compatible AMD Radeon and NVIDIA GeForce graphics cards.

Why is the review marked as "Raytracing suite, we only test DX12U cards"?

Horizon 5 ONLY has RT during ForzaVista. You can mod the game to have RT running during gameplay as well, but the effect is terribly underwhelming.

You should benchmark it as a DX12 title, but run all the usual GCN 4/5/Maxwell/Pascal GPUs as well.

As
others
have stated, this game doesn't use RT in any actual game mode. It's limited to the car garage and car reflections only.

Yes. If by others, you mean ONE (1) guy.

So AMD got their asses spanked without ray tracing.
honestly they should resign, their flagship lost to a nvidia mid range card.

Why Guru3D even posts this shit? 6900XT clearly cannot be slower than RTX2080Ti!
Did some other company pay You to release the AMD and Nvidia comparison at this state and not wait for proper drivers from AMD?
