Review: Corsair HS60 PRO Surround Headset
We review the Corsair HS60 PRO Surround Headset. The model advances on the HS50 as it now includes a USB soundcard. We also spot a new noise-canceling boomstick MIC, discord certified. Once you connect the headset over the USB dongle (optional) you get access towards iCUE and this EQ functionality, and Virtualized Surround sound.

I have the HS50 which is identical to this HS60. The headset is same stats and everything to HS50.
The only difference is the included dongle thing for usb.
Btw my ears are suffering from slight crushing from them because the pads are too soft and even my small flat ears touch the inner wall. (one side really left ear)
I'm hoping it's because they are new and still very tight fitting, maybe they'll loosen up a bit.
Corsair could solve this easy with about 2mm thicker pads and slightly harder foam.
Then it would be a perfect set with decent mic and quality 50mm drivers.

To bad Corsair headsets use that pos icue software. I don't want my headset drivers tied to such a bloated piece of software. I mean, Have you seen all the problems over at Corsair forums? good grief.
Tries to do too much with one piece of software, RGB lighting, Audio, Liquid cooling settings, fans, keyboards, mice, psu settings, etc, etc.
Icue has been running fine since the last update, if you disable full control on the ram rgb the it does not hog the cpu either, granted its not perfect but its not the POS that it may have been, no ive got used to it and configured how i want i actually prfer it to link.

Yes, That POS piece of software indeed. Nothing but trouble since they went from Cue to iCUE. Going for years allready.
The last version seemed to finally be ok for some users. But alas; i just tried to run Wolfenstein the new collosus again and it can't run and crashes aslong as Corsair software and services are running.
This terrible piece of crapware has had it , and so has Corsair in its entirity. They do not know what they are doing at all. Amateurs who'll never sell anything anymore , and not just to me.
Everyone trying to use corsair is FED UP.
