That CPU gets a WOW from me.
I recall the fiasco with AMD's3600 and 3600x that it would not run at advertised full clock speed on all cores.
Causing a lot of disappointment to all punters who bought into the CPU.

to put that into perspective my 11400 only gets 575 at that same boost speed in CPUZ. That's quite the IPC leap.
