What a depressing set of stats. I bought a Dell U2711 1440 TEN YEARS ago so defo wish to upgrade my SLI Evga 780's to a 3080Ti or 3090 with a monitor upgrade to a 4K 144Hz monitor and these stats remind me that many of the top games are unlikely to get anywhere near 144 fps with the new NVidia cards. The Microsoft 2020 Flight Sim game might be a tough game but the 1440 & 4K stats with a 2080Ti are dismal.
I don't most on Guru3d expect more than a 30% increase in performance. No wonder Hilbert still describes 1440 as the 'sweet spot' but some of us want to progress to a 'sweeter spot'!
EDIT: OK, just read HH's review of the Microsoft Flight SIM game and it appears that you can play a flight SIM game at modest FPS but that doesn't change the poor performance with a number of the other games.

Man, the difference Vega, Navi, and Turing all have from DX11 to DX12 compared to Pascal and Polaris is insane.
