Review: ASRock Radeon RX 6700 XT Phantom Gaming D OC

We have ASRock in the house with their new iteration of the Radeon RX 6700 XT Gaming OC. A graphics card aimed at the WQHD (2560x1440) monitor range. A card armed with a triple fan-based cooler and very subtle RGB it that remains silent enough and keeps the product nicely chilled down.

ASRock did not fail to disappoint in naming scheme. Is it really an "OC" card when it has same TDP and has almost same power efficiency as reference which does not enable it to clock higher out of the box?
By their logic, anyone who is capable to move max clock slider to right in Wattman can call such card "OC" without actually changing performance due to card still being power limited.

Sometimes I feel like HH does waste his time on some products.

If ASRock reads this: "Get your game together."

Exactly. By the way I went to a local Bitcoin meeting the other day just to see what's i t's about and I mentioned that gamers can't obtain graphics cards because of the Bitcoin craze and was told that they didn't care and making money comes first. :(
