Review: AMD Ryzen 5 2600X and 7 2700X processor

It has been a long wait, but our first Zen+ reviews are ready and waiting, we take the new procs for a test ride. These puppies are running at up to 4.35 GHz and with up to eight cores and sixteen threads, that's not a bad thing at 229 and 329 USD.

Not sure where you're seeing this....?? Because there isn't one manufacturer on that list that has anything over 3200mhz..... Especially at four dimms populated.

Technically, there are, if you actually look at the modules. For instance the F4-4133C19D-16GTZKWC is in there and that's a 4133 memory module, but it doesn't say it supports it at that frequency, just says it supports that module.

Sure it states what speed it is using..... 3066 across two 4GB sticks and that is sad as hell in the supported speed/amount library. to the left of the size column shows the actual supported speeds.

Not one of these sticks were ever shown to go over 3200mhz on this entire page, so again I ask where this information is coming from....

Well , there is a rumor going around that they are saving the very best of the best highly binned chips for a Ryzen 2800x to fight off any 8c 16t cpu intel might release .

I just showed you where the information came from you're just not listening.

The guy you quoted is wrong in the sense that 4000mhz is not supported "out of the gate", rather, high speed memory is supported, at lower frequencies then what the memory is stated to be able to do. Which means squat.
