Resume That Took 2,000 Hours To Make!

by Hilbert Hagedoorn on: 07/22/2013 07:01 AM | source: | 36 comment(s)

Alexander J. Velicky spent 2,000 hours crafting something that's part resume, part love letter to the company he wants to work for more than any other, Bethesda. He created a mod called 'Falskaar' that adds 25 hours of gameplay to their hit title Skyrim, and created a land mass a third as big as the original massive map. He employed 29 voice actors to record new dialog for his NPCs, and recruited over a 100 total people to help him with Falskaar. Now, he waits Bethesda is aware of the mod, but no word on if they've officially recruited Velicky yet. It seems like they'd be rather foolish not to, as someone with this much passion, determination and talent could only be an asset to their team.

Brilliant work!
This guy is a one-man development team himself.

It is a really well done mod. I have played though a good chunk of it. If you get one mod for skyrim get this one, pretty much a free DLC.

The voice acting is really decent so far (the kid voices almost sound the same from the game itself).
It also has it's own great sound track (even it's own bard songs). Really worth the half a gig download.
