Red Bull and Memento Exclusives bring the racetrack to your home with F1 sims based on RB18 (for 91K USD)

Red Bull and Memento Exclusives have collaborated to offer Formula One enthusiasts the chance to experience the thrill of racing on their own personal simulators. These simulators are based on the successful RB18 car that helped Red Bull win an impressive 17 out of 22 races in 2022, leading to Max Verstappen's second drivers' championship.

The simulators are available in two editions: the Race Edition and the Champions Edition. The Race Edition includes the center section of the chassis and the front of the vehicle, whereas the Champions Edition includes the spoiler on the front, increasing the length of the vehicle from 2.9 meters to 4.1 meters. The Race Edition is priced at $91,000, while the Champions Edition is available for $138,000. Both options offer a choice of colors and the option to feature either Max Verstappen's or Sergio Pérez's number. However, additional shipping costs ranging from $4,700 to $24,000 depending on the location must be factored in.

For the mentioned prices, customers will receive not only the chassis but also a PC with advanced hardware, although the exact specifications are not provided. Additionally, customers will get a 48.8-inch AOC AGON AG493UCX2 monitor with a resolution of 5,120 x 1,440 pixels at 165Hz and an 1800R curved design, which is estimated to be priced at around $1,300. The package includes a Logitech Z623 speaker system with a value of approximately $200, a Simucube 2 Pro wheel base valued at $1,300, and Heusinkveld Ultimate+ pedals worth $1,500. Additionally, the package comes with a Rexing Formula Wheel Mayaris steering wheel valued at $1,600. The company has ensured that all components are easy to connect and use immediately, so you won't have to spend time configuring or troubleshooting. To complete the package, the chassis is made of high-quality carbon fiber.

“We are delighted to have co-created a unique sim racing experience that puts drivers in the cockpit of the championship-winning RB18,” said Red Bull Team Principal Christian Horner.

Man, I love the smell of ignorance around here any time anything with a SuperWide Monitor is posted, and anything with sim racing is posted.

No hydraulics?

Indeed, completely wasted $ if you don't feel even a single jolt while "driving".

This is just an extremely overpriced "gaming chair"

91k Is that it??!! Pocket change.
Iam pretty sure someone here can build something way better for a quater of that asking price!
If I was into racing and had that kind of $ iam pretty sure you can find a Used race car for 100k and drive the Real thing instead.
Dont know how some of these companys manage to stay in buissness honestly.

lol, even if i had the money, i would rather get a 360* motion chair for 50K, add the screen/peripherals, and is still less than 60K.

@nz3777
no you cant.
anything not +20y old will go for 1M or more (if its F1), and its not so much the purchase, as the cost to "have it",
or that you would need at least a handful of ppl to take care/prep it.
as in: running warm coolant/oil thru all system prior to be able to even turn it on.
ignoring things like the fact you need a track (close by), or telling your insurer the last car you purchased does +200mph and you dont have a (race) license..

most ppl with the money to do so, rent it from big teams, or pay for events at a track.
