Razer unveiled the next generation of its soundbar at CES 2023, which uses artificial intelligence to improve the sound quality provided to users. The Razer Leviathan V2 Pro employs beamforming to track a person's head position and adjust its performance accordingly.

This new technology was created in collaboration with THX and Audiosenic, a 3D audio beamforming company. Razer claims that this results in a device with high-quality surround sound that will provide the best experience for its users regardless of their position. The Leviathan V2 Pro also stands out for its small size, which allows it to fit into the bottom of any 27-inch or larger monitor. The frequency response of the sound bar is 40 Hz to 20 KHz.

The IR camera integrated in the upper part of the device will allow the sound bar to determine the position of each user. The device also includes a THX Spatial Audio virtual headphone system for stereo content, as well as THX Spatial Audio speakers for any multi-channel content, providing a wide, immersive soundstage. The sound bar, like other products from the company, includes the Razer Chroma RGB system with 30 lighting zones and 16.8 million colors, as well as support for more than 200 games.

The Razer Leviathan V2 Pro will be available globally in February of this year. It is already available in the United States for $399.99 through the company's official website.
