Razer introduces sleek new Leviathan V2 gaming soundbar
Razer unveiled the sleek new Leviathan V2 gaming soundbar, which improves your PC setup in every manner possible with a multi-driver PC sound system and subwoofer that includes THX Spatial Audio and Razer Chroma RGB.
The Leviathan V2 will surround you with a rich and detailed audio experience whether you're playing games or watching movies, with unsurpassed immersion in both sound and sight, while incorporating the unique personalization of Razer Chroma RGB. A large and immersive sound stage is constructed in a tiny and basic installation space. With crystal-clear treble and deep, powerful bass, you can immerse yourself in movies, games, and music.
The Bluetooth connection to the PC is smooth, and it is cleverly situated on the desk. You may paint the space surrounding your desktop with light using the built-in "Razer Chroma RGB," which is typical of Razer devices. In addition to RGB lights, the Razer program "Razer Synapse" is available and may be operated by hand actions such as audio settings. The driver is made up of a full-range speaker, a tweeter, a passive radiator, and a subwoofer with a frequency response of 45Hz to 20kHz. The exterior dimensions of the soundbar body are 500 mm in width, 91.3 mm in depth, 84 mm in height, and 1.4 kg in weight. The subwoofer measures 220 mm wide, 220 mm deep, 241.5 mm tall, and weighs 3 kg.
Additional key features of the Leviathan V2 gaming soundbar include:
- Multi-driver PC Soundbar and Subwoofer for crisp clear trebles and deep, punchy bass
- THX Spatial Audio for wide, true-to-life soundstage
- Compact Desktop Form Factor for room-filling sound and minimal footprint
- Bluetooth 5.2 for seamless PC and mobile connection
- Powered by Razer Chroma RGB for greater customization and immersion
- Razer mobile apps and Razer Synapse for truly personalized experience
Using the unique THX spatial audio technology, the soundbar generates a spatial sound. Razer acquired THX in 2016 and has increasingly depended on its own product certification since then, although it must pass the same testing as goods from other manufacturers. Furthermore, Leviathan V2 makes use of 18 lighting zones for Razer Chroma RGB, each of which may be controlled separately and given with lighting effects such as patterns or dynamic lighting effects in the game.
External devices, such as smartphones, can be wirelessly linked through Bluetooth 5.2 to play back their content through the speaker. Razer also employs a low-latency option for the soundbar, which should allow for a small offset between picture and sound of only 60 ms - typically about 180 ms. The soundbar transmits sound from the PC via USB-C, and a USB-C to USB-A connection is supplied. The volume control, power on/off, and Bluetooth connectivity controls are located on the top of the soundbar. The soundbar is 500 91.3 84 mm (L W H) and weighs 1.4 kg. The soundbar's feet may be removed for easier adjustment beneath the display and to modify the angle of inclination.
Razer includes a subwoofer that weighs 3 kg and measures 220 220 241.5 mm (L W H) in addition to the soundbar. A cable connects the subwoofer to the soundbar.
The Razer Leviathan V2 is now available directly from Razer and in stores for 249.99 euros (recommended retail price) .

Remember, folks, it's a "GAMING" sound bar, not just any old soundbar, which makes so much difference in the price--and, it's worth every penny! The MIT-resident Razer engineers have determined that using a "GAMING" prefix nameplate stamped in bold lettering on the outside of the soundbar, where it will distract the attention of the E-Sports player, produces a psychological boost in nervous-system performance such that E-Sports improvements of .0001899 pAMPs have been recorded when using the GAMING soundbar (pAMPs is the new E-Sports dialectic body metric discovered by Razer engineers that means "performance amperage" as generated by the human body during GAMING)! When it comes to GAMING, Razer has you covered!

I would personally have preferred a version without the subwoofer. Such things take a lot of space and a sleek soundbar would have been enough.
