An image of a PowerColor Radeon RX 6700 (not XT) reveals it will arrive with only 6 GB of GDDR6 VRAM memory. The box image reveals that the GPU is intended for 1440p gaming. So that means the product needs to rely hard on the L3 cache.
The box of the Powercolor card clearly indicates 6 GB, it is rumored that the AMD Radeon RX 6700 will have the same number of Stream Processors as its predecessor, the Radeon RX 5700 (2304 SP). Price-wise, the Radeon RX 6700 is expected to cost considerably less than its bigger sister. As a reference, we could take again the Radeon RX 5700, which came with 8 GB of VRAM (2 GB more) at a price of $349.
