It will not be much longer before AMD releases their NAVI 22 XL GPU-based graphics cards. That's right, and a date has been named for the release of the Radeon RX 6700 XT series graphics cards.

We're not 100% sure yet if a non-XT model will be released as well; however, the XT seems to be a sure thing with a launch on March 18th, according to our French colleagues from Cowcotland.

We already knew that these cards based on Navi22 would get baptized with 12 GB of GDDR6 graphics memory; at least that has been a rather solidified rumor the past few months already. We think that two new AMD graphics cards are scheduled. Radeon RX 6700 XT would be based on a NAVI 22 XT GPU, very likely 40 CUs/2560 SP. The memory should total 12 GB at 192 bits. For the RX 6700, the same chip, yet reconfigured, used would be NAVI 22 XL here, the specs are a bit more of a grey area, but rumor has it that this model gets only 6 GB of VRAM.

Cowcotland also mentions that availability will be minimal.
