Yesterday at two Asian sources some benchmarks popped up on the Radeon R9 290X versus GeForce GTX TITAN. The content originates from PCOnline.com.cn. The benchmarks show extremely interesting stuff but do need to be taken with a grain of salt in terms of validity and perhaps early clocked samples.
The R9 290X performs seriously well in 3DMark: FireStrike as well as Metro: Last Light in others the perf seems to be in-between a GTX 780 and Titan. If all this is correct, not bad huh ? Have a peek:
