Radeon Pro Duo Performance Benchmarks
Over at expreview some performance numbers of the Radeon Pro Duo have appeared on-line, a dual-Fiji GPU based card. The Radeon Duo Pro with its two FIJI GPUs are tied towards a thick 120mm liquid cooling solution.
The product will offer 16 teraflops of performance, indicating two fully enabled Fiji XT GPUs. AMD Radeon Pro Duo (dual-GPU Fiji) was developed under code-name Gemini would have 8 GB HBM1 graphics memory with a whopping 8192 stream processors.

I'm not seeing any logic in the physical release of the product at all, given the gpu's used, and the literal release of new product/gpu in approximately 2 to 4 months.

This cards primary purpose is VR development. Sure one can game with it... but not the primary purpose.

The first time I read an article here on Guru3d about this product my first thought was that this product is flawed in as much that it's too late to market & also only about 25% faster than their previous dual GPU flagship (the 295x2) - so to me this product was already an anticlimax, but it does seem that AMD now also agree!
