Radeon HD 6850 and 6870 Photo's surface
At a Chinese forum some photo's appeared on the upcoming Radeon HD 6850 and 6870. The products seem to be using the Bart Pro and XT GPUs. The final specification have not bee released on the we just yet but rumors state roughly 800 shader processors for the 6850 and 960 shader processors for the 6870.
The photos show a 6870 card that actually looks quite similar to the Radeon 5850. It seems to be equipped with two DVI ports, a HDMI port and two mini Display port connectors. That's five monitor connectors right there.
We 'think' these products are to be released in the week of 20 October, but that's a rumor of course.
