Poop emoji kinda confirms Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare remaster
Two days ago there was the rumour that a Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare remaster would accompany the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Legacy Edition, fans of Modern Warfare were excited.
Now then, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare remaster may have been confirmed by a poop emoji.
It’s brown trousers time according to the official Call of Duty Twitter account. Following yesterday’s rumour that a Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare remaster would accompany the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Legacy Edition, fans of Modern Warfare were understandably excited.
Interesting though is that they replied to a tweet from 2014 ?!
“If I ever hear the words ‘Call of Duty 4 PS4 remaster’ I will literally shit my pants with excitement,” said one gentleman back at the end of 2014. The CoD Twitter account replied to the tweet yesterday with a poop emoji next to a pair of trousers.
Could this cheeky tweet be confirmation of the remaster? We may get a more official comment next week during Activision’s rumoured announcement.
Is this enough to act as confirmation for you, or are you reserving judgement until Activision sends out the press release?
