It's a bit of a contradiction, the smallest card at 17cm has a super ridiculous long name, wait for it ... PNY GeForce RTX 3060 12GB XLR8 Gaming REVEL EPIC-X RGB Single Fan Edition. Holy cow.

PNY Technologies will release the GeForce RTX 3060 graphics card "GeForce RTX 3060 12GB XLR8 Gaming REVEL EPIC-X RGB Single Fan Edition" with a card length of 170 mm. The main specifications are base clock 1,320MHz, boost clock 1,777MHz, memory speed 15Gbps, memory bus width 192bit, memory bandwidth 360GB / sec, and equipped with GDDR6 12GB video memory. The output interface is equipped with DisplayPort 1.4ax3 and HDMI 2.1 x 1, and supports simultaneous output of 4 screens.

The bus interface is PCI-Express4.0 (x16), the power consumption is 170W, and the auxiliary power connector is 8pin x1. The card size is 170 mm long, 125 mm wide, 40 mm thick (2 slots), and the product warranty is 3 years.
