PNY Releases CS2211 SSDs

PNY has added new SSDs to their line-up, these are the CS2211 series. The slim 2.5-inch 7mm thick SSDs are offerd in 240GB, 480GB & 960GB volume sizes and based on MLC NAND Flash memory chips, a SATA 6.0 Gbps interface.

Performance-wise, these shockproof SSDs are capable of delivering sequential read/write speeds of up to 560/470 MB/s (240GB model) and 565/540 MB/s (480GB model), respectively (960GB model TBD).
